At-Home Tdap and Td Boosters for Adults
Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis boosters every 10 years. Given in your home by a licensed Rightway Pharmacy pharmacist. Adults 19+.
Who may be eligible
- Adults should receive a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
- Grandparents and caregivers of newborns are often advised to get Tdap.
- A booster may be needed sooner after certain wounds — call us for urgent requests.

How the at-home visit works
- Submit a request online or call us. Your preferred time is just a reference.
- Complete the short online consent and health-screening form we send you.
- We verify your insurance and call to confirm the visit time.
- A pharmacist comes to your home, gives the vaccine, and stays 15 minutes to watch for any reaction.
What to have ready
- Photo ID
- Insurance cards
- Date of your last tetanus shot, if known
- List of current medications
Coverage and cost
Tdap/Td may be billed to Medicare Part B or Part D, or commercial insurance, depending on the reason. We check coverage before the visit; coverage is not guaranteed. A separate $35–$65 home-visit service fee applies based on your city.
